Men and Porn
Men are usually found to be interested in porn stuff, though it is not a fact only men show an interest in such things, women too evince an interest in porn stuff but the interest remains more less implicit but men are more outward about their interest in porn material.
This interest in porn material finds a basis in the inherent nature of men to experience a variety in every thing including sex. It is evident in their tendency to explore excitement through porn material that they only try to achieve a sexual arousal and a way of satisfying it in a varied way than the usual.
Exploring porn stuff, if pursued to revitalize the ebbing excitement in ones own marital life or in ones own love life, can give a positive effect and if both the partners pursue it then they might rejuvenate their love life. But if this extends into cheating on your partner or harassing an outsider or stranger or even someone else then it assumes dangerous proportions and needs to be stopped at all costs.
It is also to be noted that men sometimes thrust their views and opinions on their partners and spouses in all things and this includes sex and also matters regarding porn material. They try to compel their spouses or partners in to adventuring with porn stuff in order to try out novel ways of sexual gratification, much against their interest or wish. This can be very painful and agonizing for the woman. Some times it might even end up in conjugal disharmony and an eventual break where the woman finds it degrading and repulsive to even think that her man is trying to experiment with such abnormal behavior.
All women do not react to experimenting with porn material in the same manner. Some women may even encourage their men and help in experimenting. If what ever is done with the consent of both the partners and if it does not exceed the normal limits of decency, it can be healthily enjoyed by both the partners to keep the fire in their conjugal bliss going strong.
Another reason for men adventuring with porn material is that for some men foreplay and the regular romance do not seem sufficient to arouse their sexual urge, and so they try to gain a mental satisfaction of their urge through venturing into porn stuff. They get to feel that they can perform better sexually if they are mentally aroused and try out novel ways of sexual gratification that stems out of a hidden secret fear that they might not be performing as to the satisfaction of their partner.
Some men in a bid to show off their macho man image and that they still have a sexual urge of the same intensity and can perform with the same energy level, as in the prime of their youth tend to experiment with porn material.
Experimenting with porn material needs to be set in self-laid limits so that the partners can enjoy togetherness, sex and gain confidence of each other. It should be avoided if it tends to hurt the feelings of either partner or if it is forced upon the woman.
